After a short break of a few weeks due to issues with Reakktor's (former?) parent company, 10Tacle Studios AG, the Official Black Prophecy website has made a return allowing users to once again sign up for the Closed Beta of the upcoming Space Action MMO.

I think you will agree that the return of the website is a positive indication of the future of the game!

Unofficial Black Prophecy IRC Community Channel Opens

Today the Prophecy Network has opened an unofficial Black Prophecy IRC Community channel on coldfront's IRC network to talk about Black Prophecy, the Prophecy Network and anything else.

The channel is called #prophecy-network (If your IRC client is setup correctly - just click on that link!)

For those who need the details to help setup their IRC client, they are;


•    Server: irc.coldfront.net
•    Port: 6667
•    Channel: #prophecy-network

 

Alternatively if you want to use a web browser client - just click on this link to open a browser straight into the channel. (And remember to change your name using the /nick command)

Reakktor's operations unaffected by 10Tacle insolvency

Kirk Lenke the CEO of Reakktor has just posted the following good news about Reakktor's operations in the light of 10T being insolvent.

With regards to the announcement of 10Tacle Studios AG business activity's discontinuation, Reakktor Media, subsidiary of 10Tacle Studios AG, declares that this does not affect the business activity of Reakktor Media GmbH, despite the insolvency, especially with regards to the operation of the MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) "Neocron 2" and the development of the MMO (Massively Online Game) "Black Prophecy".;

One year ago, The Prophecy Network launched (Literally!) to become the first fan site for the upcoming game Black Prophecy from ReaKKtor.

And now we go to the next stage, with the new front end news site. Our work is not finished yet, we still got a few things to tweak and add, so keep an eye on this space over the next few months. A big thank you to Tratos who has worked hard on the design of the front page.

I would also like to thank all the members of the Prophecy Network admin team for all their work, the staff from ReaKKtor for supporting the site and also to the Prophecy Network Community for all their support.
